Your Hosts Bruce and Jeanie Lane welcome you...Valley Heights is a true " home from home " retreat , situated in the peaceful , safe and leafy suburb of Upper Kenilworth in Cape Town's Southern Suburbs ideal for business and holiday accommodation , singles , couples and families.

Valley Heights offers accommodation for up to 16 guests in 2 family units and 4 Double Double bedrooms with en-suite modern bathrooms. All units/ rooms have TV/ M-Net / DSTV , bar fridge and kettle. The rooms are tastefully decorated and serviced daily. Comprehensive breakfasts offered in the spacious dining room with mountain views.There is also a self-catering option available in 2 of the units. Guests may make use of the large, sunny lounge and patio area with built-in braai /BBQ facility.

Bruce & Jeanie live in a separate cottage in the grounds. Rates are reasonable and geared to the S.A. market so overseas guests benefit as well!! Children/Pensioner rates plus Winter specials offered. Discounts offered for bookings in excess of 7 nights for 2 or more guests sharing.(Please ask us for details.)

Attractions

The Guest House is close to major tourist attractions incl. Kirstenbosch , Newlands Cricket and Rugby grounds, Cavendish Square , fine restaurants and is within easy access of Cape Town, the Waterfront and False Bay and Atlantic seaboards. It is within easy walking distance (1km) from the Kingsbury and Claremont hospitals plus medical specialists.

Directions

Directions to Valley Heights from Cape Town Airport: Take the Settlers way (N2) highway to Cape Town. After about 12 km, take the Muizenberg (M3) off-ramp on the left. Continue approximately another 5 km passing the University of Cape town on the right until you reach a Shell garage on the left called Paradise Motors. Take the next exit indicated by the road sign M33 - Paradise Road. Proceed along this road to the traffic roundabout (circle). At the roundabout, take the M152 to Kenilworth and proceed for +/- 1.3km along Newlands Road. At the top of Newlands Road, take the left hand fork (Wynberg direction marker) into Tennant Road. The first road to the left in Tennant road is Oak Avenue. Proceed to Valley Heights . It has a green hedge and a Bed & Breakfast sign at the entrance. It is situated at the corner of Oak and Valley Roads. Ring the bell at the pedestrian entrance and we will open the vehicle security gates for you to enter the property.
